MAD MAX: FURY ROAD Behind the Scenes Reel
MAD MAX: FURY ROAD was released on DVD and Blu-Ray on Tuesday, and if you haven’t purchased it yet, well, why not? It’s one of the best action films in the last decade and quite possibly my favorite film of the year. Not only is it tons of fun, but also it’s incredibly well made. The film, which one can argue that it’s somewhere around 65-75% action sequences of some type, uses very minimal amounts of special effects during its action sequences. I found a behind the scenes video on YouTube (that isn’t very new) on some of the b-roll that they shot for the film. It shows a lot of the practical action scenes and how the crew shot most of the constantly moving action. Also, you get to see George Miller work with some of the cast which is kind of cool.
